Incredible customer service and excellent repair work. ONC arrived on time (same day service), and very quickly diagnosed the trouble with my garage door. John took the time to explain to me the issues and how he was going to repair them. He didn’t rush, yet completed the work faster than I expected. He made some recommendations for other repairs and I asked if he could stay a bit longer and do those as well, which he was happy to do. I would highly recommend ONC Garage Door Services to anyone needing quality garage door installations or repairs.

Amazing service and work – contacted them through their website and promptly heard back from John. Came out the next day to diagnose and fix. I had a bend in the top of my garage door I was told was not repairable by one company, and quoted almost triple by another company to repair with wood temporarily. John’s quote came in at a fraction of what I was previously quoted, using metal / better materials that would be a proper fix that was not temp. He arrived within the scheduled time, was able to explain what the issue was, how it was effecting the function of the door motor, and how he could fix it. Within 20-30 mins he had the work completed, and garage door back to operating as before. HIGHLY recommend, could not have asked for better service. John is very professional and knowledgeable. ONC Garage Door Services installed our new garage door nearly 4 years ago, and when I called to request a service visit, they had my records immediately in hand and booked a ‘tune up’ for the next week. Very quick response following the call for repairing the garage door spring break. The technician came the same day in the evening and repaired the broken spring. Moreover, he pointed out other issues that could cause door failure and agreed to fix them on the spot. Overall great customer service and quality of work.
